Aurora teleQ
Through integration with Aurora teleQ, dozens of additional medical record applications can be linked to Aurora teleQ designed specifically for general practitioners and dentists. This allows a healthcare provider to access patient information at the touch of a button from Aurora teleQ, and various actions such as initiating a phone call can be performed from there.
Gateway
For this integration, Bubble acts as a gateway. That means that you can disable all of Bubble's pop-up features yourself, because in this configuration, Bubble only allows Aurora teleQ to communicate with the dozens of medical record applications offered in this marketplace.
Telephony environment
What makes this integration even more interesting is that healthcare providers can now also easily combine their existing telephony systems with Aurora teleQ. This seamless integration offers healthcare professionals the flexibility to maintain their existing infrastructure while benefiting from the advanced communication capabilities of Aurora teleQ. This also makes it possible to generate notifications in a medical records application for incoming telephone calls, outside of Aurora teleQ. This allows a healthcare provider to further optimize their workflow and increase the overall efficiency of their practice.
Functionalities
Through the integration method, you get all the functionalities that the Aurora teleQ application and the medical record applications you have linked have to offer you. Think of a notification that comes into view with the patient data. Ask Aurora teleQ about the specific functionalities their platform has to offer. Besides the aforementioned gateway feature, Bubble is equipped with many more functionalities. For example, you can activate multiple integrations under the same user at no additional cost, which can be useful if you use multiple software applications within your organization. Customization
To meet your specific needs, Bubble is equipped with the Automations module. With this module it is possible to add your own If-This-Then-That flows.
Technical
Connecting Bubble - and thus the Aurora teleQ connector - to your telephony environment or medical record application is very easy. The procedure differs per application but they all have one thing in common, you don't have to be a techie to do it.

Automatically opens customer card
The CRM application you use is limited in telephony integration functionalities. You can choose to have the customer card open automatically with an incoming or outgoing call or by configuring a button in the Bubble pop-up to open the customer card manually. (note, customer details cannot be shown in the Bubble pop-up, only the caller's phone number, unless you also use the CSV connector).
